Click on the link below. You can then print out as many copies as required. Note: this form can also be used for races organized by 500 Club, Coleraine and Bishopscourt.

If you have your own transponder, ensure you write the number on the entry form so that transponder will be allocated to you. (Long number on front of the transponder.) Entries will only be accepted on an official entry form. If you need a form you can fill one in on-line and print a copy or ring the comp. secretary and he will fax you one.

In order to reduce work at signing-on, all entries should now be pre-paid. Each entry should now be accompanied by a cheque / postal order made payable to "Ulster Karting Club". Entrants submitting more than one entry should enclose a separate cheque for each entry. Entry fees are in the Supplementary Regulations for each event and can be found on this web site. Remember to include £10 if you wish to hire a transponder. Entries will close 5 days before the event. Entries received after the closing date or do not have the correct payment included will be placed at the back of the grid.

For a trial period payments for race entry can be made online using all major credit / debit cards. Use the Buy now buttons below to pay for race entry or race entry + transponder hire.

Paypal charge the club 3.4% + £0.20 per transaction. Online payments cost £46.84 for normal Race Entry or £57.18 for Entry + Transponder Hire. Please note Ulster Cup and NIKA events and Ulster Championships are different costs. Ensure you read the SR's relating to the event you are entering.

Remember - Your entry will not be complete if a fully completed and signed entry form is not received before the closing date by Fax or post. Incomplete entries will be placed at the back of grid as normal.
